We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the beautiful beach and tropical gardens. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were excellent and well-maintained. We also appreciated the free shuttle transportation to the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. a great experience.
Nothing, all excellent.

The pool was a really good size and the cleaner was nice.
Prices were too high in the restaurant, especially drinks. The shuttle bus did not run as frequently as we would of liked and some of the staff were not very professional - whenever we were at reception there was arguments between staff and guests.

Affordable rates and good value for money. Convenient location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.- Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay.- Clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds and amenities.- The pool was a great place to relax and unwind.- Easy check-in and check-out process.- Breakfast included with a variety of options to choose from.- Additional services like laundry, motorbike rental, and tour information available.
Some rooms had a strange smell, possibly due to mold. Beds were quite firm and not the most comfortable to sleep on.

We liked the room, it was a bit old fashioned but it had all you need, and it was clean. There was thought put into it, like the mini bar had snacks and fly spray and pain killers.. Rare on this side of the planet.
The website advises that you can check in at 2pm, but we had to wait till after 4pm, which doesn't sound like much, but we arrived at 2 it was a very hot day and we had to wait by the pool. The staff were unhelpful at times, and we booked breakfast online for the duration of our stay yet each morning they tried to charge us..?! Not once did we received an apology for the confusion. Also, the bar had different pricing for the same drink depending on who served you.I Would recommend but I would advise about the bar pricing, and tell peeps not to get there till about 5pm so their room is ready.

We were so disappointed that we moved without staying a single night.
We found the hotel really really disappointing. The videos and photographs were nowhere close to the actual condition of the hotel. Luckily, their staff was very cooperative and moved us to their other hotel - Club Bamboo which was nice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist me, despite the language barrier. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area which was spacious and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was away from the crowded area of the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere. It was also conveniently close to the beach and other amenities that I needed. I found everything to be clean and well-kept, and I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make my stay comfortable.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach, making it an ideal spot to relax. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise and had a decent variety of options to choose from. The pool area was fantastic and definitely the highlight of the hotel.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating and refreshing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong and we had trouble connecting in our room.

Good value for money and close to the beach.little bit away from the noise of the night life of the city.
.It was not comfortable because the roof is made of wood and you can hear the upper guest in the first floor. The staff spoke broken English language( very poor ).The water in the toilet was dirty and the pipe lines seems to me rusty.
